As an experienced business consultant and project manager, Jacqueline has more than 10 years of specialized experience in process improvement and digital products and services on the web. Jacqueline skillfully curates the entire life cycle of the project—from the initial proposal and inception phase, to QA and final delivery. She does this while expertly matching team skills with clients needs. She takes pleasure in business, and strives to keep an element of fun in her interactions.

"I see my main role as project advocate and act as the link between clients and the design and development teams. I have always loved logic puzzles and I enjoy the Tetris-like challenge of balancing multiple projects at various stages of development."

Jacqueline has successfully managed projects at large companies and is certainly at ease running with the "big dogs." Still, her heart is really in working with small, dynamic teams because of their agility and spirit. Recently, she led multidisciplinary teams to bring outstanding creative and interactive mobile technology projects to life for great clients like Wapikoni, 3M, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Deloitte, UNESCO, among others around the world.

"Because of my varied background, I take a flexible DIY approach to figuring out creative solutions to sometimes messy problems. In this way, I am able to treat every project and client with the right amount of attention and care."

Jacqueline is also a certified yoga instructor and an avid bike commuter.
