We were thrilled to attend this year’s Pantheon Partner Summit Awards at DrupalCon Atlanta—and are deeply honoured to be awarded Pantheon Partner of the Year!
Congratulations to our fellow winners: MMGY Global (Rookie of the Year), TEN7 (Customer First), Four Kitchens (Innovation), and Lullabot (Social Impact). Your work showcases the best of what the open source community can achieve. It’s exciting to be recognized alongside peers doing outstanding work in the open source space.
A Decade-Long Collaboration
We’ve been a proud Pantheon partner for over a decade, working together to deliver scalable, secure digital experiences for mission-driven organizations. Pantheon’s WebOps platform—hosted on Google Cloud—powers over 30 of our clients’ Drupal and WordPress websites, helping them deploy with confidence and speed.
Together, we’ve supported digital transformations for:
- Princeton University
- Planned Parenthood Direct
- Royal Ontario Museum
- Government of Northwest Territories
- Canada’s Drug Agency ... and many more.
Our shared values—performance, accessibility, creativity and impact—have shaped every project we’ve launched together.
“This award goes to an agency that contributes to open source and drives growth.” – Josh Koenig, Pantheon
Pantheon particularly cited our close collaboration in organizing eight EvolveDrupal Summits across five cities over the past two years. These events have welcomed over 1,000 attendees from across the open source ecosystem and have brought fresh energy and new contributors into local Drupal communities in New York, Atlanta, Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa. We’re excited to be working together to bring the next EvolveDrupal to Boston on June 6 at the Microsoft NERD Center.
Making Drupal Easier to Use for Marketers and Content Teams
Our commitment to the Drupal community goes far beyond our project delivery. We're proud to play an active role in shaping how Drupal is communicated, adopted, and enhanced at a global level.
Suzanne Dergacheva, our co-founder, serves as the Lead of the Promote Drupal Initiative, a community-driven effort focused on increasing global awareness, adoption, and understanding of Drupal as a powerful open source platform. Suzanne’s leadership helped guide the initiative through a significant milestone: the redesign of the Drupal.org landing pages, which now reflect the modern, user-friendly identity of the platform.
She also served as the Marketing Lead for Drupal CMS, preparing for its initial launch in January. Our design and strategy team has been leading the effort to conduct user interviews and conduct benchmarking of competitors like WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix Studio, gathering insights that will be used to guide an improved UX for Drupal CMS.
Dharizza Espinach Barahona, tech lead and trainer at Evolving Web, is the Track Lead for Analytics within the Drupal CMS initiative. Her work focuses on equipping marketers with robust, intuitive tools for performance tracking. Under her leadership, the new Analytics module now comes bundled with Drupal CMS—offering built-in integration with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, a simplified and user-friendly setup process, default admin-page exclusions, and alignment with data privacy best practices. This empowers content and marketing teams to track their site’s impact right out of the box—no custom code or advanced configuration needed.
Together, our contributions are helping make Drupal more accessible, competitive, and aligned with the needs of today’s digital teams. We're proud to support and lead within this vibrant open source community—and we’re excited to keep pushing Drupal forward.
Showcasing the Royal Ontario Museum’s Digital Experience
During the conference, we had the opportunity to present our work on the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) at the Pantheon booth during the opening reception. Our Co-founder, Suzanne Dergacheva, and Director of Technology, Simon Morvan were joined by Perry Sheppard, Web Manager at the ROM, to demo the site and discuss how it leverages Pantheon’s infrastructure to deliver a seamless, scalable user experience.
A key highlight of the project is ROM’s use of AI-assisted workflows in Drupal, providing an efficient and scalable way to deliver multilingual content. This approach ensures broader accessibility and deeper engagement with diverse audiences. We also touched on real-time functionality like dynamic opening hours and ticket booking integration. Read more about how we brought this museum’s digital presence to life in our case study. This collaboration is a perfect example of how open source technology and WebOps platforms like Pantheon can power inclusive, high-performance digital experiences for cultural institutions.

Looking Ahead
This award is not just a recognition of the work we’ve done—it’s a celebration of the power of partnership. We’re grateful to Pantheon for their continued support, to our incredible clients for trusting us with their digital ambitions, and to our own wonderful team for making this all possible.
Join us at EvolveDrupal Boston on June 6, where we’ll dive into everything from UX and content strategy to WordPress, Drupal, and WebOps—all in a collaborative space dedicated to shaping the future of the web together.
